Complimentary and delicious breakfast with plenty of food choices 🍳. The hotel's location is spot-on, close to the train station. An added perk is a nearby spot called Dagnys, where you can enjoy free tea and coffee.

The breakfasts were always tasty and very good with cheeses and hams. My standard queen room and all facilities were modern. - the hotel had a great location a few steps away from Klara Strand Street. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Terminus in Stockholm. the breakfasts were always delicious, featuring a variety of cheeses and hams that were very satisfying. My standard queen room and all the facilities provided were modern and well-kept. the hotel's prime location, just a few steps away from Klara Strand Street, made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

Cheap and practical units with great views. Stunning location in a shopping area right by underground mall, Very close to the station which was very useful for arrival and the Central Train Station and next to the Stockholm Central Metro station. Quick check-in, parking nearby.

Great location, very nice and helpful staff. Good accessibility from the airport by Flygbussarna (airport bus), 45 min, and Arlandaexpress (S-Bahn), 20 min. Nice bar downstairs. Congress Centre Waterfront is 7 min away, shopping mile is 5 min away, Seven/11 is 100 m away.
Nasty coffee at breakfast (only filter coffee), showering without flooding not possible because of badly grouted bathtub, environmental thought not yet very important (disposable plastic bottles for shower gel pp) No minibar.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area close to the main train station and all major transport links. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room had useful amenities like luggage storage and blackout drapes.

Location
Only fair condition and some facility only available on request such as tea and coffee making facility which was included on the description of facility. Despite classifies as 4 stars hotel, there is no in room fridge, though this is not mentioned in description. Luggage holding facility is very secured since almost anyone can get in on request. Breakfast selection is limited and started rather late on weekend which make it difficult since I have business meeting to attend in early morning. Otherwise, hotel is closed to description.

Very professional and helpful staff. I stayed with my wife in a double room and 13 year old son who had his own comfortable folding bed. The breakfast buffet was good and was well served. The hotel was particularly helpful when we returned for an unplanned second night due to a train cancellation. They found us a single room with a double bed-settee which was also very comfortable

Your rooms are the smallest I have ever seen. Even cheap hotels do not merge the toilet and shower to save space.
